Regional Champion: Nathan Spruce

A little about me: I am passionate about creating change. There is just something so inspiring about supporting our team and community take a pain point or passion and turn it into something that provides real value and meaningful change. As the GM of Innovation at IMPACT Community Services, I am privileged to be able to support a team of almost 180 innovators create such change on a daily basis. I have been involved with IMPACT’s social enterprises for almost 10 years; we have built them, grown them, sold them and accelerated them and it never cease to amaze me what they can achieve when passion and purpose collide. On a personal level, I love languages, old cultures, puzzles and spending time outdoors.
