Are you a social enterprise?

Are you a social enterprise?

A social enterprise is a business that exists to solve a social, environmental or cultural issue in our society.  It achieves this by selling a product or service to generate the revenue required to solve that particular issue.  Whilst there is no legal model of social enterprise in Australia, they operate using a wide variety of business models.  For the QSEC definition of social enterprise, please head to our HOME page.  For resources on starting a social enterprise, please head to our starting a social enterprise resource page.  As a QSEC member you will receive access to our online learning centre (QOLC) which provides a variety of online training on topics such as business models, legal models, governance and branding.
